Geschiedenis<\/h2>\n

Tot het einde van 1974 prijkte op de locatie van Tannat en de omliggende bouwblokken de Vandenheuvel-brouwerij, waar de heerlijke Ekla-pils werd gebrouwen. Na de sluiting werden verschillende delen verkocht en vestigde zich het vermaarde Palais du Vin op het terrein. Sinds 2008 zijn ze samengekomen onder de Cinoco Group, een gerenommeerde Belgische wijnverdeler met een rijke geschiedenis van meer dan 325 jaar. Jarenlang hadden ze hun wijnmagazijnen in Molenbeek. In 2019 verhuisde Cinoco naar Nijvel, waardoor ruimte vrijkwam op de site voor een school en een veelzijdig woonproject.
